Chula Vista Brewery started with a simple belief: the best beer tastes better when it's made where you live. We set up our brewhouse in the heart of Chula Vista and built a taproom that invites everyone to pull up a seat.
Every batch is brewed on-site with water from this valley, hops sourced from the Pacific Northwest, and recipes that evolve with the seasons. We're not chasing trends — we're chasing flavor, consistency, and a crowd that keeps coming back.
